"Sued for 'OK' eBay feedback"

Thu, 24 Apr 2008 18:48:43 PDT

Although a judge in the plaintiff's Buncombe County, N.C. home court threw out the action, "It cost Shellhorn $500 to hire an attorney. 'I'm very leery. I won't leave feedback for people anymore,' he said." (Jesse Jones, KING5 News (Seattle), Apr. 24).

Inside Steve's Brain- customer-centric design thinking

Thu, 24 Apr 2008 16:41:24 PDT
Here's an overview of the new book that's just got released - Inside Steve's brain ( Nishad sent this to me a few hours ago). Personally, it tells me a lot about the way the man is thinking, pushing( the people around him), acting-on( his instincts) and executing( without being worried about what the world thinks about him). Customer-centric enterprises need to have customer-centric design thinking - the way their products need to be conceived, designed and delivered. Steve just does it with im

Immaterial: La robe est morte. Vive la Robe!

Thu, 24 Apr 2008 06:54:37 PDT
It feels like just as someone is proclaiming the death of one trend that trend is popping up everywhere. Fashion trend tipping points and mass market bell curves aside, we think proclaiming the death of the dress is a little premature.

Wed, 23 Apr 2008 12:36:36 PDT
Rupert Murdoch's plan to add Long Island's Newsday newspaper to his News Corp empire likely would become the next lightning rod in a debate over how U.S. regulators decide on the number of media properties one company can own.

It is so blissfully quiet in my house right now I can hardly believe it: Olivia is napping and Liam is visiting a friend. I should be cleaning, but I've decided that this opportunity is too rare to waste on something silly like that. It’s funny because I was actually having a conversation with my friend Shannon about this very subject on Monday night. Her trainer had taken her off Diet Cokes completely because she said that the artificial sweeteners are not able to be broken down by our bodies and therefore can lead to puffiness around our midsections. Nobody wants that… I myself d
